• Implemented server-side AI location research — geocode, competitor scan, deterministic capacity and CapEx baselines, then Gemini or Claude narrative analysis.
• Deployed six financial and operations calculators with dual-currency (USD / PHP) support across supply, investment pooling, and return scenarios.
• Configured four stakeholder workspaces — platform admins, business reps, client operators, and investors — with Firebase custom claims on every path.
• Enforced Firestore security rules and server-side authorization for privileged admin and AI research queue operations.
