Our Story
Born from a vision of architectural excellence
Maxiconn is a founder-led consulting practice built on the principle that great technology solutions start with exceptional architecture. Having witnessed the cost of poorly architected systems across enterprise and startup environments, we set out to deliver architect-led consulting and delivery—not handoffs between strategy and implementation teams.

Jovani Wayne Ogaya is a solutions architect with 19+ years in IT and 10+ years in solutions architecture and technical leadership. He designs and builds enterprise AI capabilities (LLM integration, RAG, AI agents, and private, on-premise model hosting) alongside the platforms they run on. His work spans regulated healthcare systems, real-time transaction platforms across web, mobile, and physical sites, campaign-scale e-commerce on AWS, and enterprise pre-sales for clients including Meralco. He leads every Maxiconn engagement from discovery through production.
